Oberoi Systematic Training and Education Programme 2018, Oberoi STEP
The Oberoi Group of Hotel’s Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP) conducts interviews in order to shortlist aspirants for hospitality management programmes offered by it. STEP offers three-year programme where candidates will be trained in the four core operational departments of a hotel: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service and Kitchen.
Candidates who wish to apply should have cleared Class XII examination, as on July 1, 2018, from any board that is recognised by the Indira Gandhi National Open University, India (IGNOU). The selection process will start in April 2018 and selected candidates will be sent confirmation letters by the end of June 2018.
