HP Board 10th Results 2022, HPBOSE

The Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE) usually conducts the HP Board Class 10th and 12th Class Examination in the month of March. In the year 2022, the exam was conducted in two terms for both class 10th and 12th. In the academic year 2021-2022, the class 10th Term 1 exams were conducted from 20 November to 3 December 2021. The Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE) usually announces the HP Board Class 10 Result as well as the HP Board 12th Result during the month of May. But this year, for Term 1 Class 10th results were declared on February 10th.

For Term 2, the exams were scheduled to be held from 26 March 2022 to 13 April 2022. The results for these exams are expected to be released on 29 June 2022.

HP Board Class 12th Results 2022, HPBOSE

The HPBOSE usually conducts the 10th and 12th Class Examination in the month of March. In the academic year 2021-2022, the class 12th Term 1 exams were conducted from November 18 to December 9, 2021. The Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE) usually announces the HP Board Class 10 Result as well as the HP Board 12th Result during the month of May. But this year, for Term 1 Class 12th results were declared on February 8th. For Term 2, the revised dates for class 12th exams are from March 22 to April 13, 2022. HPBOSE Result 2022: The HPBOSE usually conducts the State Open School (SOS) Matric Examination in the month of April. The SOS Matric exams were conducted from the 7th April, 2022 and continued up to the 22nd April, 2022. The result for the same would be declared in June 2022. The HPBOSE usually conducts the State Open School (SOS) Plus Two Examination in the month of March April. The SOS plus Two exams begin on the 6th April, 2022 and continued up to the 28th April, 2022. The date sheet for the final examination will be released online on the official website of the board and will be available in a PDF format. The students are advised to bring their admit cards for entry into the exam hall. In the event that a student is not carrying their admit card, he/she will be denied entry into the exam hall. It is important that the candidates reach the exam hall at least 30 – 45 minutes before the exact reporting time. The exams will be conducted in a single session from 08:45 am to 12pm for all regular/additional subjects while the exams for State Open School candidates will be conducted from 01:45 pm to 05:00 pm.

The HPBOSE usually announces the Term 2 results for HP Class 10 results & HP Class 12 results in the month of May. Last year, in view of the outbreak of epidemic COVID-19, the results were pushed to a further date. The board had announced the HPBOSE 10th Result 2021 on July 5. In 2017 the server of the official website crashed due to a huge volume of students trying to know their results. However, after a while the issue was fixed and the website started functioning again. In 2017, the HP Class 10 results were announced on 09 May, 2017 while the HP Class 12 results were announced on 28 April, 2017. In 2016, the HP Class 10 results were announced on 13 May, 2016 while the HP Class 12 results were announced on 26 April, 2016.In 2018, the 10th result was declared on 3rd May 2018 and the 12th result was declared on 24th April 2018. In 2019, the HPBOSE Class 10th result was announced on 28 April 2019, while Class 12th result was announced on 21 April 2019. The HPBOSE 2022 results are expected to be declared during the same time period this year. But the results were delayed to the month of June, for HP Class 10th and HP CLass 12th on 9th June 2020 and 18th June, 2020 respectively. In 2021, HPBOSE had calculated the HP Board 10th and 12th result on the basis of the evaluation criteria released by the board as no HPBOSE 10th and 12th exams were conducted due to the pandemic. The board had released the HP Board 10th and 12th result on July 5 and July 14, 2021 respectively. In 2021-2022, the exams are conducted in two terms for both 10th and 12th Class. For Term 1, the results for 10th class were declared on February 10, 2022 and for 12th class on February 8, 2022. The Term 2 results for class 10th and 12th are expected to be declared in May, 2022.

About Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE)

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education is an agency of the Government of Himachal Pradesh. It was founded in the year 1969 as per Himachal Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1968 with its headquarters at Shimla which was later shifted to Dharamshala in January 1983. Its primary function is to prepare academic programmes, prescribe courses of instruction by preparing syllabi for the students and conducting examinations for secondary school students in Himachal Pradesh. HP Board conducts examination for the following classes and courses: 10th, 10+2, J.B.T and T.T.C. As many as 5 Lakh candidates annually appear in the examination conducted by the Board.
